1. Who we are

Via Journeys ("we", "us") makes curated travel guides, available in the Via Journeys mobile app. This site sells access to those guides. You can reach us any time at travelnerdsblog@gmail.com.

2. What you're buying

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the purchased guide (or country bundle) inside the Via Journeys app. Guides are digital content — nothing ships, and nothing is downloaded from this site.

3. Orders and payment

Orders on this site are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, payment, applicable taxes, and invoices. By purchasing you also agree to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

4. Delivery

Your guide is delivered into the Via Journeys app account that matches the email you used at checkout. If you already have an account with a verified email, the guide appears shortly after purchase. If you don't have an account yet, install the app and sign up with the same email — the guide unlocks once your email is verified.

5. Prices

Prices are listed in USD; local taxes and your local currency are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time — changes never affect purchases you've already made.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.

7. Fair use

Guides are for your personal use. Don't copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share guide content — it takes years of travel to make these, and this is how we keep making them.

8. Changes

We update guides regularly (that's a feature, not a bug) and may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page.
